TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for working with us at Studio Carta.
Wholesale order minimum required is $350 and $200 for re-orders.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.
SHIPPING within the USA
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for shipping your order. Turnaround time may vary depending on availability or volume. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email, with tracking number, through our online shop.
All orders within the US will ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping and handling costs are in addition to listed prices. For time-sensitive orders, expedited shipping is available, at additional cost.
Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated based on weight and requested shipping method. We ship international orders via DHL express or UPS air service and provide the tracking number once we process your order. Taxes and customs fees may apply at the time of delivery. Studio Carta is not responsible for these charges. All orders are shipped from our studio in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, USA.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted by phone or email within one week of delivery. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A refund will be issued after we have received the merchandise, 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are not refundable.
